For a quote request, contact or mailing, the following data may be collected:
- Name
- Phone
- Town
- Desired service
- Free-text message
Why is this data collected?
This data is used to:
- reply to your quote or contact request
- discuss the planned service (lawn mowing, hedge trimming, brush clearing, outdoor cleaning, garden maintenance)
- follow up on your request
- send you LD Entretien updates by email if you subscribed to a mailing list
What is the legal basis?
Processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (replying to a quote) and/or LD Entretien's legitimate interest in managing local customer relationships.
For mailing-type email information, processing is based on your consent when it is collected.
How long is data kept?
Data linked to a quote or contact request is kept for as long as needed to handle the request, then for up to 3 years from the last exchange for commercial follow-up, unless a longer legal retention applies.
Mailing data is kept until you unsubscribe or for 3 years from the last contact.
Who can access your data?
Your data is intended for LD Entretien. It is not sold or shared with commercial partners for prospecting.
Technical providers (hosting, email tools) may process data solely on behalf of LD Entretien as part of their services.
What are your rights?
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights:
- right of access
- right to rectification
- right to erasure
- right to restriction of processing
- right to object
- right to data portability, where applicable
- right to withdraw consent at any time when processing is based on consent
